Engr Rasheed Adekunle Hassan MBA, PMP, F.ASCE, M.NSE, F.NICE, M.NIStructE, M.NIM is the Founder and Managing Director of RSM Services Limited. An engineering services company with operations across Africa. He studied Civil Engineering at Yaba College of Technology and had his Post Graduate from Federal University of Technology, Akure. He also had Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University. A Project Management Professional (PMP) and respected professional in the telecommunications industry when it comes to Civil/Structural Engineering matters.
He started his professional career as an intern with Consteng Limited and was deployed to assist on Ikola bridge construction along Command road Ipaja, Lagos, in 1997.
He had his pupillage with Structural Design Consultants (SDC) now Consultants Collaborative Partnership (CCP) and afterwards moved to the telecommunications industry. He worked with Corporate Telecoms Engineering, Lucratel and briefly with UAC Nigeria (Mr Biggs Division) as a Project Engineer before joining the telecommunications giant, Huawei Technologies
At Huawei Technologies between 2005 and 2011, he was saddled with huge responsibilities including leading the biggest projects being implemented in the West Africa region and worked on over 3,000 cell sites.
In 2012, he resigned from Huawei Technologies and started the running of RSM Services full time.
He has led RSM Services to have presence in Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Niger and DR Congo. It also serves other African countries in telecoms infrastructure provision including Ghana, South Africa, Uganda and Kenya. The company provides telecoms engineering services to a host of customers including IHS, American Tower Corporation (ATC), East Castle Infra among others
